When should I place my order?

Order must be placed at least 3 days in advance as we source our premium blooms 1-2 days earlier to ensure they are in good condition.

For same-day or next-day order, kindly reach out to us on WhatsApp to check availability.

Can I place an order via WhatsApp or Instagram?

Yes you can! Simply drop us a message and we will take you through the purchase process.

Do you provide customization service?

Yes we are more than happy to create a special design just for you! However, there is a minimum spend required for these services :)

We can make small adjustments to any of our products on catalogue too. Kindly leave a note in special instructions at checkout or drop us a message on WhatsApp!

Can I add a personalized message?

Of course! Type it out in the message box/ WhatsApp us (maximum 50 characters) and we will hand write your message in greeting card.

Can I make changes to my order?

After placing an order, you can only amend it within the first hour of your purchase. Please get in touch with us immediately.

Any last minute changes will not be entertained.

Delivery & self pick up

Where do you deliver?

For fresh flowers, we only deliver within Kuala Lumpur/Selangor areas.

What delivery service do you use?

We use third-party delivery services such as Lalamove or Grab express to deliver our products.

Is same-day or next-day delivery/pick up available?

Probably! We do not offer same-day or next-day delivery/pick up on our website but you can check with us the availability via WhatsApp.

Can I know your pick up location?

Pick up location is at Landmark 2 Residences, Kajang.

Can I set a specific time for delivery or self pick up?

Yes definitely! You can schedule your desired delivery/pick up time slot at checkout.

Can I change my date and time slot for delivery or self pick up?

You can only change the delivery/pick up date and time within 1-2 days of your purchase. Please notify us via WhatsApp as soon as possible to avoid any disappointments.

However, it is not possible to change the date and time slot if your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship your product to other states?

We do provide shipping for certain preserved flowers products to other states, kindly WhatsApp us.

Refunds and cancellations

Can I cancel my order before my delivery/pick up date?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellations or refunds once payment has been made as your slot has been secured and flowers have been purchased.

We recommend you to postpone or make changes to your order with legit reasons. Request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

I have received the wrong order, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong order, do contact us immediately within one hour of receiving them.

Can I get a refund/replacement if there are some issues with my flowers? (e.g. flowers are looking wilted/died/other)

We will only refund or replace when complaint is made within the first hour of delivery/ after self collection, with photos of the flowers submitted to us via WhatsApp.

Issues such as slight color discrepancies, bruised outer petals and etc will not be refunded/replaced.

Please contact us immediately and we will always find a way to help!

Can I get a refund if my delivery was late?

You can reach out to us if you did not receive your order on time. We will evaluate the situation as to whether your order qualifies for a refund.

Commonly late deliveries may be caused by unpredictable circumstances such as extreme weather, bad traffic, vehicle breakdown, accidents and etc.

How do I take care of my flowers and how long will it last?

Read here to keep your fresh/preserved flowers fresh and healthy!

Will my flowers look exactly the same as your product photos when I received them?

Our catalogue photos convey the proposed styles and aesthetics of the floral design so our clients know what to expect.

Please be mindful that the final products may look differ from our catalogue photos as every flowers bloom in its own pace and on top of that not all of them have 100% same shaped, sizes and shades. Same goes to bouquet wrapping design, not all handmade products are equal, do expect a slight discrepancy in shades and materials used.

Anyhow, we pledge to make every effort to recreate the floral design that look the same as our catalogue photos

What if a particular flower type included in the design is not available?

The availability of some flower types/colors depend on seasonality. In some rare occasions, it is necessary to substitute the best seasonal flowers or foliage of similar or higher value for your order.

Don't worry as the overall aesthetics and style of the design will remain the same!

We will also give you a heads-up via WhatsApp about the substitute flowers to avoid any disappointments!

For flower substitution, can I make a note to exclude the flowers I do not like?

Yes definitely! We will notify you about the flowers we are substituting to make sure we do not include the flowers you hate!

What floral services do you provide?

For wedding occasion, we do provide customized bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, wrist corsages, accessories & bridal fans for oriental wedding. However, there is a minimum spend required for these services. You may check out our Wedding Floral Design page to learn more.

When should I order my wedding flowers?

We recommend you to reach out to us and tell us about your wedding at least one month before your big day!

This is to allow sufficient time for us to design and source for your chosen preserved/fresh flowers that best matches with your wedding theme.

Do you have wedding package?

We do not provide any wedding packages at this moment!

How do I keep my fresh flowers bouquet fresh before my wedding?

If you are not using the fresh flowers bouquet very soon, you should store them in a low temperature room or fridge. All fresh flowers come with a wet foam to keep them hydrated. You should keep them away from direct sunlight too.

How do I put on the boutonniere?

All of our preserved, fresh and dried boutonniere comes with a 2-in-1 clip & pin at the back.
